821 KBPS ? Are you kidding me. Please re up a better version. At least 1600kbps. MissaX production has made some really great stories and this lower bit rate just ruins the experience of watching. Please consider this. Big fan of your work PRT, keep it up !
It’s not like bitrate is chosen manually. It’s coded @ rc=crf / crf=23.0 as all 720p versions are. (1080p versions have crf=24, 24 being worse than 23).
Some scenes have high bitrate (with elements hard to convert – bright colours, mostly outdoors, water/glass, grass), some have low bitrate in the end. Doesn’t mean that bitrate is not enough. And nothing is ruined.
It’s encoded using CRF, so if the kbps is so low it’s almost certainly beacuse the source material is quite average itself.
