From 28 seconds to 42 seconds within the first minute of the video the image looks like low quality pixelated garbage, then it mysteriously clears up.
I downloaded an H.264 copy of this video from another torrent site and the problem exists there as well, so this isn’t PRT’s fault.
Is there a better original source for this scene out there that is good quality throughout so a new HEVC conversion can be created to replace this one?
