This is possibly the reason why torrents are not accessible, at least in North America.

It looks like a problem with PRT’s seedbox happened on 09.14. So since then nothing was shared by him on torrents and thus has zero seeders, users who has complete file.
Older torrents still work as people were able to download it from PRT while his seedbox was working. Technically people COULD download files from k2s, feed them to torrent-client. But no, k2s changes files’ tags, making these videos a different files with different hash. If PRT was working with files in archives (videoplayers can work with videos in archives), it could’ve been much better – we could have seeders on torrents if people downloaded same files from k2s.
As for the laws of USA, i’ve no idea. My mobile isp blocks all torrent-connections completely while it’s completely fine on wired internet. Plus in country where i unfortunately live porn is forbidden completely – each site with pornography is banned, though it can be bypassed for now. (Same with mobile isp’s block on torrents).
Torrents all started downloading just now! VICTORY!!!

It’s strange, I can’t download using qBittorrent but using another software works

About 20+ US states have laws requiring Photo ID age verification to access porn sites. Many sites have started blocking traffic from those states to avoid having to do any verification. A VPN may work to circumvent this.
Ok Guys at 5:15 Pm Pacific time the Torrents start working the WRB (XC) have some issues but the PRT works fine
