   Same here. Got to 99.9% and now stuck.
   Connected to 0/5 seeds and 9/137 peers.
   File can be viewed anyway.

      Just Stop The Torrent file, Go and open the file and play if is OK, remove from the torrent program
      the 1 % missing is just the complementary file on folder, You no need that file to play the video !!

   but the remaining 1% is missing: the INFO file that says (provided by PornRips.to.info)
   “Not required to play the video!”
